The knife isn't really a surprise to him, but what he's using it for gets a mixture of an annoyed grumble and laugh mixed into one. He shouldn't be surprised that's how this would go, but it's also so ridiculous that he didn't really expect it. Though to save the rest of his clothing he's lightly pushing at him before wriggling out of what's left of his poor suspender pants and the boxers.
Once that's done he's slowly stretching with those wings spread just to make him look a different bit of a figure and someone wasn't wrong about expecting cat dick, because that sure is half-hard cat dick standing out from white fur.]
